Mike Fox is the co-founder of MSQ Advisory, where he assists companies with their growth strategy and entry into the employer-provided benefit market. This includes crafting go-to-market strategies, processes, methodologies, and motivations employed by large and medium-sized employers, payers, engagement platforms, and professional services firms when designing, evaluating, and purchasing health benefits for employees, families, members, and clients.

Mike brings over forty years of experience in employee benefit consulting, including thirty years with Willis Towers Watson (WTW) as the Managing Director for Southern California and the Southwest. In this role, he was responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies across all lines of business and service offerings in the Southwest region. His responsibilities included client management and revenue growth.

Currently, Mike serves as the Chair of the Executive Advisory Board of the Human Resources Roundtable (HARRT) at UCLA Anderson School of Business. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Flowly and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, CA, where he chairs the compensation committee and is a member of the investment and recruitment committees.

Mike is the former president of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference, Los Angeles Chapter, and the Orange County Employee Benefit Council, having spent several years on both boards. The Los Angeles Business Journal has honored him as one of the 500 Most Influential Business People in Los Angeles from 2018 to 2022.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Gonzaga University.
